INNO-LiPA HBV PreCore
INNO-LiPA HBV PreCore is a line probe assay for the simultaneous detection of wild-type motif and mutations in the basal core promoter and precore regions of the hepatitis B virus genome.
The assay is designed to identify nucleotide polymorphisms at nt1762 and nt1764 in the basal core promoter region and at codon 28 in the precore region.
