Multi-parameter assay
Just 1 strip allows the simultaneous detection of a range of antibodies in human serum/plasma.

Membrane-based assay
In contrast with the Western blot technique, the antigens are fixed as fine lines on the membrane, avoiding difficult-to-control processes such as electrophoresis and blotting, and resulting in a highly reproducible assay. A plastic backing makes the membrane easy to handle.

Recombinant and synthetic peptides
The use of highly purified, recombinant, or synthetic antigens on the solid phase provides highly reproducible results with exquisite sensitivity and specificity.

Control lines
A line containing anti-IgG antibodies monitors the addition of sample during the assay.
For infectious diseases, two control lines containing increasing concentrations of IgG allows the semi-quantification of those antibodies, detected in human serum and/or plasma.

Simple, automatable assay
Results are obtained with easy handling procedures; no special equipment is required. Automation with Auto-LIA™ 48 is optional.

Easy automatable interpretation
One uniform interpretation method makes it easy to interpret the results. Automatable with LiRAS^®, a software package that provides objective reading and interpretation of the results.
