Amendment article 27 of the bylaws accepted

Gent, Belgium - June 16, 2008 – 11am (CET)

The Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of June 16, 2008 decided to amend paragraph 4 of article 27 of the Company’s bylaws. As a result, paragraph 4 of Article 27 reads as follows: “Every share has one vote, without prejudice of the limitations and exceptions provided by law. In the event of a tied vote, the proposal is rejected.

Wijziging van artikel 27 van de statuten aanvaard

Op de Buitengewone Algemene Aandeelhoudersvergadering van 16 juni 2008, werd beslist om paragraaf 4 van artikel 27 van de statuten van de Vennootschap te wijzigen. Bijgevolg luidt paragraaf 4 van artikel 27 als volgt: “Elk aandeel geeft recht op één stem, onverminderd de wettelijke beperkingen en uitzonderingen. Bij staking van stemmen is het voorstel verworpen.”
