On September 30, 2008, the future voting rights amounted to 766,330 (exercise of granted warrants). Consequently, if all warrants and bonds (3,086,660) would be executed there would be 34,731,910 voting rights. The total number of voting rights (‘the denominator’) remains 30,878,920.
